The Pop-Up Cafe was a work simulation project for our Vocational students  at the Champagnat Institute, Suva, Fiji.  It ran for four days and was open to the public.  Students had to apply for the various positions, including Manager, Head Barista and Cashier, as well as the waiters, waitresses and cleaners.  All baking for the cafe was done by the Home Economics staff and students and the tables were purpose built by the woodwork department.
