Matthew Pearce, Damon Maclachlan, Br Chris Maney and Br Kevin Dobbyn
With the arrival of two young men, Matthew Pearce and Damon Maclachlan, the Beatrice Road community now numbers five. Br Kevin met Damon's family when they had called in to the community over Christmas. Damon is from Masterton originally and spent last year at the Grove in Lower Hutt. Matthew is from Whangarei and Br Kevin travelled north to met his family.
Orientation took place at Cook's Beach. During this 'getting to know you' trip, against the spectacular backdrop of the Coromandel, opportunity was taken to discuss the possibilities of the year ahead, openly and frankly.
